Experience over 1,000 years of Japanese incense tradition with Kungyokudo’s premium Sakaimachi 101. Founded in 1594 by Riemon Ouno near Kyoto’s Hongwanji Temple, Kungyokudo is Japan’s oldest incense producer. The 22nd-generation masters Kazuo and Chihaya Ouno continue this legacy today.
Sakaimachi 101 embodies centuries-old craftsmanship, blending sacred tree aromas and traditional incense into a harmonious fragrance. Each stick provides approximately 15 minutes of tranquil meditation.
