Experience the serene tradition of Japanese incense with Kungyokudo’s Sagano Bamboo. Crafted in Kyoto since 1594, this premium incense offers a calming bamboo forest scent. Each stick burns for approximately 15 minutes, providing a moment of tranquility. Available in Regular (58 sticks) and Sampler (5 sticks) sizes.
Kungyokudo is Japan’s oldest incense producer, founded by Riemon Ouno near Hongwanji Temple. Today, it continues under the guidance of the 22nd-generation descendant, Kazuo Ouno, and his wife, Chihaya Ouno. The Sagano Bamboo variant captures the refreshing essence of a quiet bamboo grove in Kyoto.
