Description
Experience the centuries-old tradition of Japanese incense with Kungyokudo, the oldest incense producer in Japan. Since 1594, Kungyokudo has been crafting premium incense near Kyoto’s Hongwanji Temple, originally serving monks of the Jodo Shinshu Hongwanji-ha Buddhist school. Today, the 22nd-generation descendants, Kazuo and Chihaya Ouno, continue this legacy of excellence.
The Kitano Red Plum incense offers a luxurious sensory journey with its sweet, lush floral fragrance complemented by fresh leaf and stem notes. This scent evokes the serene beauty of a rose garden at dawn, with dew-kissed petals and vibrant greenery.
Each box includes 58 incense sticks (5 incense sticks for sampler size) with an average burn time of 15 minutes each. Dimensions: L15.2 x D5.2 x H2 cm. Made in Kyoto, Japan.
